Pizza Hut

Well it’s over two hours now on a regular old Wednesday night and no pizza. The tracker says it’s still being prepared, but when I try to call the store to confirm no one answers. When you order from these places typically it’s because it’s quick and easy, but neither is the case with this place. Learned the hard way tonight so figured I’d try to save someone else the trouble.

I ordered a big pizza box to feed 7 people. Confirmed with the person that took my order multiple times that we were ordering the box that carried two sides and two medium pizzas. I also stated I wanted two orders of breadsticks and extra marinara sauce. Our total came out less then expected. I seeked clarification on my order by asking if it was two pizzas because it was too cheap, staff member reassured me that it was. Shockingly only one pizza, 1 order bread stick, 1 Cinnastick and no extra marinara arrived. I called to speak with the manager in charge. Josie got on the phone and was extremely rude. She continued to speak over me and not giving me the opportunity to express my concern and request for a credit for another pizza due to the mistake. She continued to repeat what my order was as if I didn’t see what was in the box and attempted to seek sympathy because the person was new which is okay. I didn’t call to get anyone fired or even leave a bad review. Just wanted my ordered corrected so the kids could have dinner. Josie is rude and unprofessional.

I ordered a pizza through The Pizza Hut website and receive a text that the pizza would be delivered through DoorDash as I waited on my pizza I checked the status and seen that the pizza showed delivered. when I called the front desk they didn’t receive the pizza so I went outside hoping that my driver was there and nothing. I text the driver to give them my hotel name and room number and still nothing. I contacted Pizza Hut and he was unable to do anything but stated that he would cancel the order so that I can receive a refund but still hasn’t received anything. This is absolutely terrible and disgusting.

EVERYONE OUTPIZZAS THIS HUT If I could give a lower than one star I would pizza came uncooked and 45 minutes late tried multiple times to call the store to discuss it and was on hold for over an hour without anyone answering the phone then they transfer the delivery to DoorDash and that person did not speak English it the the absolute worst pizza delivery experience I’ve ever had

I just wanted s pizza. Have you ever tried to deal with young people who just font give a #*^%? This kid Justin is beyond rude. He is just downright unkind. Customer service is without a doubt not his calling. And in addition to being nasty he would not honor the online special price for stuffed crust. So way to go pizza hut on your choice for management.
