Einstein Bros. Bagels

The bagels and cream cheese one of the worst I’ve ever had. Cream cheese tasted “Manufactured”. Hard and flavorless. I brought home several different types along with two different cream cheeses. The bagels are soft which is probably why people actually eat them thinking how “Fresh tasting” they are. The consistently however is too soft, they crumble and fall apart. Bagels are not supposed to have the consistency of a soft muffin which these do. Completely flavorless. It’s a bagel place for those who don’t know what a bagel and cream cheese is supposed to taste like prompted by a chain. It’s just marketed food. The Taco Bell of Bagels

Fantastic service. Delicious cold brew. Turkey sausage egg and cheese on a bagel was actually really good. Wasn’t a fan of that hash brown thing they have. Also got the chocolate chip coffee cake muffin (I think) super good. I brought my dog & we ate outside. They have these little bagel treats for dogs. Super cute!

NOT FOLLOWING COVID PROTOCOL. I went into this place on a Sunday at around 12 p.m. and put in an order. Then noticed that two of the four people preparing the orders had masks under their noses and they were breathing on the food. When I mentioned it to the cashier she asked them to cover their noses, but they didn't listen and ignored her. When I asked for the manager, I was met with "We are all vaccinated. Are you?" More than once a young man was asked to cover his nose and he refused and just kept on working with the food. I don't know about you, but the Delta virus is alive and SPREADING RAPIDLY. The hospitals are at capacity, and with the Omnicron following right behind it. And there is NO vaccine against that varient. A lot of the customers in there at the time were over 70, the most vunerable group. I hope the owner of this franchise reads this. SHAME ON YOU to have such selfish, disrespectful, uncaring, an uneducated employees!
