Wendy's

The staff is above and beyond. They’re incredible- I know it’s fast food but they did everything they could to assist me. Unfortunately they were out of stock on a lot of things, including soda AND ice....no ice lol! They said the general manager is leaving soon, this may have something to do with it. It’s not an excuse to leave the people hanging! I just wanted some fountain coke- the only reason I came, and they were out of it. 3 stars, but the staff is 5.

I ordered through the mobile app and when I went in the store that did not have my order. I asked a gentleman behind the counter what they could do he didn't know and went to get a manager. He come back about five minutes later with a bunch of drink holders and begin stocking them completely ignoring me. I asked him is someone going to help? He says the managers busy. I asked politely if there was anyone else that can help, end He called another person over and asked if they could help. He glanced at the app on my phone, then just Shrugged his shoulders and walked away. To premise, I received an offer from Wendy's for $2 off a combo. The only way they could do this was with an online order. When I asked yet another person at the register if they could just honor it as they didn't receive the order for some reason, she said no. Four employees one manager they didn't want to talk to me, one that ignored me and another that just Shrugged his shoulders. I do enjoy Wendy's burgers, but will certainly now go elsewhere that may actually have some sort of customer service.

A hard working old man was so nice but all other employees were rude and nasty and refused to help him. An employee lady taking orders at the window taking order discriminated old guy by saying go home and that he has to retire and be fired. She was very nasty and rude and told me to leave since I was waiting to pay with a credit card but the system did not properly worked and she refused to assist. I expect her to be fired for discrimination towards old employee and me and being disrespectful. She has to face consequences

This Wendy's location doesn't have the staff to run the restaurant. I came for dinner time and the inside door was locked at 6pm. Went to the drive thru and I was told that they forgot to unlock the door as if this was the morning. Anyways low staff equals to super slow times. Not worth it to fight them

Waited for over 30 minutes at drive through so much for “fast food”. Ordered the taco salad got no tortilla chips. The hot and crispy fires were hot and crispy but they still sucked no seasoning just not edible. The guy said my credit card “declined” which I had just used prior and I have over $10,000 to spend available so what I’m understanding is that no one wants to work. Really really terrible all around.
