This is how my drinks look every time I come here. I included the drink order to show its a standard caramel macchiato with an extra shot. This has no ice, syrup sitting at the bottom. I almost said something but the barista was busy yelling at another customer who was also upset with the way his drink looked and tasted so here I am.
The staff consistently rude, the drinks are always half decent at best. Just drive a little further to the next Starbucks.

I bought a "grande" capuccino and after take off the foam milk I got a small coffe, to fix the problem they told me that if I want they could add more milk, so I was going to drink milk with coffe flavor instead a Capuccino. In conclusion, come to this store if you want to be robbed.

Worst service ever, I went in to an empty Starbucks and politely asked for a drink off the secret menu. The barista was short, condescending, and rude and made it seem like it was some huge issue just to make a special order drink. Sorry for asking you to literally do your job dude. He didn’t even make the drink right, it’s supposed to be pink. Will never be coming back to this Starbucks.

The drinks/service are great and consistent, unfortunately the drive thru situation is a nightmare. I visit this location every morning, due to this being the only Starbucks open in the area, and it’s so stressful. Every morning there are 2-3 separate lines forming and people are waiting 20+ mins just to get cut off from someone coming in through a different entrance. It’s frustrating because they have one sign up and off to the side that does virtually nothing, when cones could easily avoid the mess.

I go this Starbucks almost everday. During my time here one employee stands out exceptionally. Jia's warm, friendly and bubbly personality radiates exceptional kindness and warmth when you go to this Starbucks. Her exceptional customer service makes you feel valued. She takes the time know her customers and to be kind to everyone even while keeping things moving exceptionally fast. Overall a very good team and a pleasant experience.

We wanted to get some pastries but then we saw on the showcase mold on all of the pastries. When we told the barista she didn't even bother cleaning it up or saying sorry.

I go here every Sunday morning for an iced mocha. There's almost no wait, and the staff are very friendly. There’s also a blonde double shot that was recommended for me to try by a unique individual.
I also used to come here all the time years ago to sit outside and read books. This is one of the more quaint Starbucks, excellent service.
I like how they don't give you a printed receipt anymore, it was a waste of paper!
