Subway

Been to this Subway many times. Usually not a fan, but Patty in the last few weeks made me reconsider. This lady, today, Karen, happen to be the absolute worst and made me not ever want Subway again. I looked past the few unsanitary gestures and touching things with her gloves, then the food... Even looked past her rudeness to the customers as well as myself. It was until she went right in front, smoked a cigarette, came back in, and handled food for the people who walked in... That's what got me. She handled the sauces and touched the tops, she touched the food bins and the paper sheets that wrap the sandwich.. All which happened after she smoked a cigarette without washing her hands. This was disgusting, and Subway has lost me as a customer again. You can be unsanitary in your home, but don't bring it to a food establishment. Don't be a Karen if you want my business.

I give up on this location. The new people working there do not make a sandwich properly. One is making the food, and the other 2, if there is anyone else there at all are chatting and laughing in the back. First time I witnessed this I figured, not a big deal, probably won't be like this again. And sure enough it was again today. Barely any vegetables are added to your sandwich. Shirts not tucked in. Drink station always filthy. Sometimes the music is so loud they can't here what you ask for. The one with the tattoos is rude, and acts like his job is a joke. Won't be back.

This location gets 1 star from us. it was a Horrible experience . Rude service from 2 girls who did not like their job. they were in gym shorts and flip flops and did not even wipe the knife out of the water before cutting our sandwiches. This location does not keep up with the brand standards . We will not return

Second time here, same experience, huge line!!! Looks like management does care that this poor guy has to do two people’s job!!! I think he is not treated fairly by owner! Also it’s not fair to costumers to stand in 30 minutes line!!!! I rated this place with two stars only because the guy that was serving as did great job.

I have been coming to this subway my whole life. Tonight, however, made me never want to come back here again. The employee that made me and my fiancés food tonight was so rude and practiced the most disgusting unsanitary habits. She handled my food with gloves that touched the outside of bins and went in the back to get stuff and then came back and never switched gloves before she handled my food. I asked for chipotle sauce and she gave me thousand island, insisting that it was chipotle. When I brought my food back up to show her I was right, that it was NOT chipotle, it was indeed thousand island.. she didn't offer to make me another sandwich or even just apologize to me for her error. And if that wasn't bad enough.... she then proceeded to walk out the front door and sit down on a bench right outside of the front windows of the restaurant to smoke a cigarette in front of all the customers inside. She then walked back in and DIDN'T wash her hands before handling the food again. I'm beyond disgusted with my experience tonight and I will not being coming back to subway for a long time. Completely grossed out.
