Burger King

Burger King is a 5, but our experience there with the late crowd was a 2. After dark, the late drive thru is a bad choice. Once the inside dining area closes- madness ensues! The lines are very long and the drivers all act as though they are the only ones in the parking lot! Drivers tired of waiting in the long line would try to exit & go elsewhere... but people are so discourteous! Near accidents & aggressive horn blaring! The line was ALL KARENS!!! But- this is NOT the fault of the store. It is the customers behaving badly that made my experience frustrating. The Burger King is actually excellent in comparison to other stores of the franchise. The service is great and they make everything fresh and exactly as you request. Even in the evening, they don't take long at all once you place your order. So, I really don't understand why there is such a wait, aside from the sheer number of customers. So, I definitely want to distinguish that. It would not be so crowded & crazy if the food & service was not excellent. (I also reviewed the plaza where this Burger King is located. The owner of the plaza said that this particular store has had the same owners for 40 years!) Wow! I would never believe it! This store looks brand new. Incredibly clean and landscaping is just perfect! The service is great- exceptionally professional and friendly. We went early and our order was perfectly prepared and fresh with no wait. It was only when we tried to go after dark that we had any trouble.

Came here for a meal during late night on 4/6/22 and I was very disappointed. Fries were cold, staled and smelled like burning oil. Whopper was disgusting and looked sloppy and the sprite was completely flat and taste nasty. Also, chicken nuggets taste like rubber. I Will never come back to this establishment. Wish I could give 0 stars. Had to throw the entire meal in the trash.

I poured my sprite into a metal cup with my own ice bc I like to mix it with fruit punch Gatorade and when I opened the cup and saw the bottom I notice debris of some sort. I thought yo myself maybe it’s food but I haven’t touched the food yet so it’s not. It’s just dirt in my drink that they served me. Thank god I’m weird and mix my sprite with fruit punch Gatorade. Never eating here again restaurants should be sued for stuff like this and shut down. I leave reviews for restaurants only and specifically in boca bc I try to give my community and visitors a heads up.

Today I ordered my classic “wooper burger” WOOOW. Look at my pictures, this what i received. When i ask the cashier this burger representing the quality of the burger king? Her answer was “yes” you have lattice, onion everything WOW i am speechless Burger definitely not the KING OF THE BURGER Store was dirty, trash on the floor table not cleaned or sanitized. I will take a break again for 10 years from this brand. Sorry burger “king”McDonalds took you 👑

Not friendly at all, been there 3 times cause it is close from home and the first time I thought I was just unlucky hut it happens every time with different people. From the moment you order at drive thru they are yelling at you and pushing you to order fast. If you ask questions they answer back like you are dumb No thanks , no hello, don't even look at you when they are giving you change food + meat dry like it was old. I will give somewhere else even if I have to drive longer. Really 😡
