Godiva Chocolatier

Service was a tad slow but very friendly. Their Chocolixir's are fantastic! I have had a Strawberry and a Hazlenut Praline flavor which were both good, and I have also tried samples of the Vanilla and the seasonal Pumkin Spice, both also quite tasty. We really enjoy their chocolate covered strawberries as well. They are some of the better ones we've had, and while pricier, they are much better than a Shari's Berries or a Edible Arrangements and are worth it to spend that little bit extra and satisfy that person you're gifting them to if they are true chocolate strawberry lovers.

I love Godiva chocolate. It was an everyday part of my childhood. They’d always be a ballotin ready, just sitting around waiting to be devoured. That was in Belgium though and although the same company makes the chocolate today as they did decades ago, it’s not the same. Somewhere along the way, it became commercialized and started to take mass produced. Too bad. This small retail shop in Boca’s Town Center mall has quite the selection. I always get a Chocolixir whenever I shop the mall. During the month of October they offer a pumpkin spice flavored one. Their chocolates are always fresh and if you join their “club,” you get one complimentary piece each month. Their prices are quite high but that’s typical for Godiva products. If you can swing it, buy a few of their dipped strawberries, yum!

Got there at 11 and was made to wait outside until 12! Even though there were two employees moving around inside, when they finally let me in, the guy tells me we cannot do gift baskets as the guy who does gift baskets is not in today... w.t.f do they need special training in order to put boxes in a basket!? Overall useless staff and chocolates were not even worth the money.

The employees are horrible and mean. The atmosphere sucks. When you walk by when they give you samples they ask you to ask your parents to try. The ice cream it self is good but The employees are terrible. Feeling the discrimination and rude looks and paying for it is not worth the ice cream. I would rate it no stars but it doesn’t let me.

The staff at this location is really rude. They have no sense of urgency or good customer service. The ladies are the register have a big bad attitude. They do not want to answer any questions. They get bothered when people ask questions. I was there last week and the person at the register rolled her eyes when I asked what was the berry cup. I do not need or no one needs to be treated that way. I buy lots of chocolates but it will not be from this place anymore.
