Pita Principle

Have been ordering gyro sandwiches here for years and one thing I have noticed over the past few is that they're getting crazy with there food cost. ordered a gyro sandwich today and watched as they assembled the sandwich. They put two slices of tomatoes so thin that you can see through. It took more effort to cut these tomatoes that thin then just to put tomatoes on a sandwich. I was in shock on how cheap they were with the toppings. Make me a sandwich!!! I don't care what the cost is just make sure it's good . Once you concentrate so much on food cost and trying to Pinch A Penny out of every little item you pretty much say goodbye to your business. I won't be back. I gave them two Stars based on past performance and where they could be. I hope they take it to heart and go back to what they used to put out as a product.

I called at 12:05 for a delivery order. I called back at 1 to ask on the status of the order they said its on its way I told the guy its been more than the time I was told which was 30 minutes the guy says we are swamped it will be there soon and hangs up. I called back at 1:10 to cancel my order the later says its on its way and hangs up. The sweet driver got there at 1:28. I left to get food since I only get 30 mins lunch. The owner calls my job and threatens the receptionist stating they will have the cops at the office because the did not have us waiting that long. I called back and told her I called u way before your driver got to the office to cancel and she started yelling started yelling and stated to never call back. Its unfortunate since their food is good. Wish they would get better customer service.

very poor customer service and hospitality. Lady who picks up the phone rushed me off the line and I put up with it for a while due to good food and turning the other cheek but I'm so tired of it it's nasty and she needs to be reprimanded. Spoke to owner and i don't think he even cares cause all he's said to me is they're busy and sorry then hang up. Worst place ever

They have the worst service ever. I tried to order something, they did not answer the phone. Then they say the order was being place. they put a hold on my account and they still refuse to offer me service. I hope it is not because I am not white, since I have ordered here before and perhaps they have bias against me. I really hoped it s not because of that.

Disgusting my office litterally orders from here EVERDAY THEY KNOW exactly who I am food is great never had a complaint yelled at me because we took to long to order I know they're busy my intentions are never to be a slow ordering customer we always know what we're ordering ahead of time and then hung up in my face continuously kept hanging up in my face and finally answered and said we're to busy to here your complaint wonderful at least 3 of us order from our office daily 3-4 time out of a work week and that's how they treat disgusting low class trash
