Wendy's

This Wendy's is never open when they are supposed to, alway closed too early, never have staffing. It is no longer a a place to run to and get food because you never know if anyone will be there. we found ants inside our cups and on our ketchup packets.we just went there and there was no one there to take our order was no one there to take our order (sunday at 1:15pm)

Whoever is running this place needs to be fired or helped out. They’re are usually only two or three people working the whole place. These poor people are getting overwhelmed and overworked and have no help especially during the middle school lunch rush. Someone needs to hire more staff and help these poor workers out and get the place running again. I feel bad for the staff because they are probably so tired from running a two man show the whole day. Owner or Manager needs to get a grip and get more people to help out ong.

Joke. Went to drive-thru Sat 4/15 at 10:30p. Could hear people inside over intercom but no one answered. Drove to window, another car waiting to speak to someone but left when no one came. You could see people in the store but they ignored us at the window. I won't waste my time coming to this place again.

close at 9 pm. even signage says till 12, Google says 12 too. store was close at 9.30 no employees there. online pickup order gone tru but store closed. this place is a shame of WENDYS Poor and slow service. Waited 8 minutes to place my order and waited 10 minutes to receive an Double burger with Fries. Behind counter you see how messy the Store is. Soda machine is always missing flavors. One of the worst Wendys. Managers either not on duty or dont care at all.

I’m never coming back to this location ever again. I miss the old manager that ran this location. Since she left this place has went downhill. Food does not taste the same , chicken is not thoroughly cooked. Burgers are dried. Fries are not fresh and cold. I recommend going to Wendy’s on glades road.
