Shogun Sushi

We are somewhat regulars at Shogun ordering a ton of seared tuna. The owners and staff are always willing to seat us quickly and it has OUTSTANDING customer service. If you are looking for sushi or other similar food in the Boise area look no further than Shogun Sushi. Amazing food, outstanding staff, good prices. I can not rate it high enough. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Came in at 5pm opening after work. Staff is oh so pleasant and kind and the decor really set the mood and expectation. Suffice to say with a full belly and taste buds satisfied, this place is a must. My Itamae welcomed me as I sat and was deep in work. Made the Shogun and Spicy Spider for my dinner along with assortment of Nigiri. Throughly enjoyed and thanked the Itamae and staff. Personally live in California but will be back for sure to try more. どうもありがとうございます

This place, is very good. It's a typical place, in a typical shopping center. My expectations, were low. A youthful waiting staff, seated me quickly, and took turns, taking my ongoing orders. The recommended, "Dry-Wave" sake, was dry and proper. I did BOTH the traditional fares, and some of the more typical, gimmicky items. THEY WERE ALL EXCELLENT. I've had versions of the same, from Coast to Coast. Ranging, from fair to mediocre. Here ? Every dish, well done. Baked mussels, are common enough. Here ? Why, were they such a standout ? I should have asked ? Next time. I'll definitely come back, the next time I'm in Boise.
