I’ve given this place two chances to change my mind, but sadly, I won’t be returning. This isn’t traditional basque food and the quality of the food is very bad. My ribeye ($50) was decent (the garlic oil being my favorite part of the steak) but the vegetables and potatoes were cold. The croquetas weren’t cooked through either. 🥲

My father, my wife and I went. My father and wife thought their food was good, but my New York strip was horrible. About 1/6 was not edible (unchewable gristle). Then, our waitress ignored us for some reason. She frequented the table behind us, but avoided us at all costs. I had to call her by name when we needed something. For the money, I would go elsewhere.

I don't know where all the supposedly 4-5 stars come from? I order4ed a filet mignon steak and it was literally 1 by 2 inches - I couldn't make this up. I took picture of it. When it was served after waiting 24 mins when the place was just about empty, the server just looked at me as if I was from Mars. My mashed potatoes was overly salty. The server had attitude as if was a Michelin 5 Star restaurant in NYC. i tried this place 2 yrs ago while visiting Boise and had the identical experience. Thought just maybe they might have improved things - absolutely not. There are other numerous better value Basque restaurants nearby. Don't waste your money or time at this place.
