Chuck E. Cheese

Just like my mom before me, i take my kids to Chuck E Cheese to play and enjoy the freedom to just game and its like stepping in to a nostalgia vortex every time. Classic games from the 90's that still are in great condition and new age games that are so exciting for my kids to play. Everything is so clean and taken care of, its hard to believe they are understaffed. From what ive seen, each staff member at this location does at least the work of 3 employees. Good on them, we will continue to come here for as long as their doors are open

Got the party pack only thing good about it was the pizza. I was missing 3 different things and the most important of the things missing was the cake. Was not worth the $22 almost $23. Had to wait for the things missing. When I asked about the things missing they were rude as no get out. And kept taking our soda cups that are 3$ a piece in the package. Fun for the kids but not for Mom and Dad. WATCH YOUR RECEIPTS!

I went to this place with my two kids and also bought a medium pizza. When I asked for cups, they didn’t tell me anything about charging for the drinks or vegetables. Later on, an employee came to me and said they are charging for drinks and vegetables. I could have refused to pay since they didn’t tell me about it but I paid. They have hired a bunch of inexperienced kids, apparently with no customer service. Customer service is horrible here. I am leaving this review here for others to be careful because they charged almost $10 for three small drinks. It is absolutely crazy. Most likely this would be my last time here!

Cashier gave me back the wrong card at the end of my visit. Lost all of my credits and all of my "tickets". Cashier was young and looked at me like I was crazy when I went to the counter to get it straightened out. The look was 'what do you want us to do about it?'. Ran by a bunch of teenagers. All the games sucked as well. Not a real arcade!!!!! Don't take your kids here. It will teach them to just feed quarters into slots. Pojos is a great alternative.

We had our daughters 3rd birthday here last weekend. I am an autistic mother of 4 nuerodivergant kiddos and places like this are really, really hard for me. I'll be honest, my oldest is 6, and we have never had a birthday party at a place like this. 100% due to the fact that I have meltdowns in excessively loud environments. I have been working hard to step outside my comfort zone the last couple months though and decided I wanted to do this for my kids no matter how hard it was for me. Upon entering the building, we were pleasantly greeted and ushered to our table. The sweet server began trying to ask me questions and I could tell she noticed I was struggling. When I told her I am autistic she was extremely understanding and made sure to repeat herself when I needed her to and never made me feel uncomfortable about the tears welling up in my eyes due to being over stimulated. The staff at this location made me feel comfortable enough to allow myself to stim and cry openly so that I could be a part of this memory with my children. Normally, my husband would have taken them and I would have stayed home and missed out. This experience literally meant the world to me. Thank you to all of the staff that helped make this birthday such a special experience for my family. It may have just been all in another days work for you, but you gave me something last Saturday that meant the absolute world to me. A family memory, all together for the very first time.
