Sub-zero Ice Cream

Ice cream was very interesting and tasted good with a unique texture. The whole process was intriguing to watch as they flash-freeze the cream right in front of you. Cool that you can pick your own flavors and mix-in but the flavors are kind of confusing. After choosing cinnamon flavor, I was expecting flavor from a cinnamon roll not a candy gum (big red). And the worker told us the different options they had for cream base (low-fat, dairy free, and regular) but never asked us what we wanted. So we still aren’t sure if we got full-fat or low-fat. They were very welcoming and asked us if it was our first time and walked us through the ordering process which I appreciate! Will be returning.

My wife and I come here fairly often, at least once a month. Their flavors are fresh and they often have staff favorites that taste really good. I've customized my ice cream every time and I've been fully happy. The price is good for the taste and experience of seeing that sweet chemical cold poured over fresh cream. 😍

Very friendly staff, and cool experience of being able to see the process of them making your ice cream. We were also pleasantly surprised to find that it was less expensive than many ice cream shops in the area! So you get to spend less money, and get a cooler experience :) just a heads up though, the ice cream is a little bit different than traditional ice cream in terms of texture. Because of the freezing method they use it tends to be a little more like dippin dots texture. However, flavor is excellent and they've got a great selection.

Love this place it's one of a few places you can get dairy free ice cream. Toppings are fun and tasty. The texture is weird but delicious. My daughter loves to touch the "clouds" that come off while they freeze your ice cream. It's usually pretty quiet and the staff is always wonderful. Fun place to get the ice cream just the way you like it.

The concept of using nitrogen is genius, but it was poorly executed. The texture was really off if you choose almond milk or soy milk. Very crumbly and hard to eat as you'd have to chew it and get stuck with frozen teeth. My other family members who got standard ice cream options have also stated that the ice cream wasn't that good. Flavors had been slightly off and not what they were expecting when it came to the standard chocolate ice cream for example. Was it a fun experience? Sure. Would I come back for more? Probably not. We'll stick to The Stil for our next ice cream outing..
