I've legit ordered here (I live near the court house) about 45 times and they have got my order wrong 1, yes 1 time and it was very minor. The food is awesome and fresh, never sloppy and the ingredients are fresh. I don't know what magic they are working but to get my order right virtually everytime is awesome. Please give this place a shot!

Ordered my go to sandwich, for delivery, yesterday bread hard as a rock and all I tasted was oil (no vinegar) and no meat, cheese, tomato taste at all. Might give them one more chance down the road but that will be it if they don't improve.

I've been here several times now and have always received quick service. I also enjoy their sandwiches, and their rewards program is not bad either.

The service is super fast and when you order online your food is always waiting for you when you arrive. In a bag and ready for you by the front door! What great service! A very fun location as well! I highly recommend this location for great sandwiches and a fun atmosphere!

Went here for lunch with my daughter this afternoon. They told us because of COVID their dining room was closed so we weren’t allowed to eat there. Funny thing is I’ve eaten in there at least three times over the past six months when COVID numbers in the area were much higher. How much longer are we going to do this dance? They owe me $2 bucks for parking that I didn’t need to pay because it wound up being take-out.

Tell me how the bike delivery person decided to give himself a tip, my order price was one amount but when I check my account the charge for that same order was $2 more, and makes sense why it was not a no contact delivery and he wanted me to sign the receipt, just so he could add his own tip to it. Didn't realize this is the type of people JJ hires, will never order from this company again, and its a shame cause this is my son's favorite sandwich shop.

They are usually pretty good but the last two times I ordered they forgot something or didn’t get something right. I get that accidents happen but it’s just tough when it happens multiple times in a row.

The bike delivery drivers are completely rude. I was almost hit by one riding in the sidewalk the wrong way up a one way street. He gave no notice that he was passing and when confronted gave a rude reply about how he is allowed on the sidewalk. I won't be going to a business that allows their employees to break laws and ride recklessly.
