Red Robin Restaurant

When we got there we waited 15 minutes to be seated. I still don’t understand why because several groups of three people came in and they were seated before us. But we were told they needed to wait to clear seats before we could get seated. I wasn’t really upset I just waited. I assumed it was because we had kids. Once we were able to be seated we were immediately greeted with our server asking us what we wanted to drink. We got our drinks in a timely fashion. And then after we were asked if we decided what we wanted yet, but we had not at that time. The woman still came around about a good two minutes later which left us plenty of time to look and order. Kids got crayons and good food. The price for everything is just perfect. They were short staffed but I’d say they did great short staffed at getting to us. We did had to flag down our server to ask her for more drinks, but she was busy and it again, was low staff so NOT complaining. Our server was VERY nice and the people who brought our food had such an upbeat personality I loved it! They helped us with extra drinks, fry sauce, to-go containers and a bag! Being so busy and short staffed they really were good! I loved my food and everything was hot and fresh and perfect!

Service was great. Pretzel bites were delicious as usual. Had a recommendation to try with caramel sauce, purely heaven. Freckle lemonade cake was really good. Burgers must of had some good flair ups though, cause you could barely taste anything other than the char on them. I'm sure it's cause of the cooks being overwhelmed. Maybe 2 more cooks could help?

Ordered to go... This R. R. Experience was better than my last R.R experience at the Park Center R.R... Food was ready to go when I arrived. The time they stayed it would be available.The food was not only ready, it was actually already cold. It was sitting on the shelf when we arrived, it then took 15 minutes to locate someone to help us, as well as find a till that was apparently working correctly... However, I must say, the order was at least completed correctly! And, Thank Goodness for Chef' Stove... Not chef mic.

One of my best red Robin experiences. I don't go to RR much, maybe once a year. Always decent to good experience, but this one was great across the board. Super friendly staff, quick service, and the food was very good. Th only reason it isn't 5 stars is that they up charge over $3 just to sub in an impossible burger.

Loved the service. Loved the wait staff and cooks. Middle finger held to the corporate and management that think running a restaurant on such a tight setup with short staff is worth running your employees to the ground in order to fill delivery and Uber Eats orders. For Pete's sake, prioritize and shut down deliveries and focus on dining instead of lining your pockets and destroying morale of your staff. You guys don't deserve the staff you have.

Only slightly disappointed! Was expecting a much larger sized burger than what I got and not because of product illustration , primarily for the price. Was expecting the burger to be stuffed with sandwich filler. A sizable amount of lettuce and tomato. The taste was great , the flame cooked patty was great, the brioche bun was good. The size of the sandwich was about standard of what you'd get if you bought Carl's Junior Angus burger at nearlya 1/3less in cost. Service was fine , the bottomless fries sort of makes up the difference but I was still expecting a fairly stacked burger.
