Baja Fresh

I wanted a healthy layer lunch and decided to stop by Baja Fresh. I was not disappointed. My chicken salad (with super fresh romaine) was well proportioned with your choice of dressings - I opted for the vinaigrette and like it. As an added bonus it came with a mini basket of tortilla chips, most of which got left behind but I appreciate the thought. Love their salsa bar. Kinda makes me want to try a bunch of them just to see which I like best but ended up with the basic salsa. Would recommend!

Food is great. Other than that that's it. The employees are extremely rude. We went and one of the employees was mopping we couldn't go use the restroom. And when we did she kept complaining that we were getting the floor dirty. And she kept on mopping and bumping into our chairs. And they are always saying bad words. Last time we eat at Baja fresh. Horrible customer service. They make you feel really uncomfortable.

Normally I love Baja Fresh but yesterday I had a bad experience. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito with steak. It sounds pretty simple right? Apparently not. The burrito I got the first time didn't have any steak in it at all. When I took it back they made me another one, but in the second one the cheese wasn't melted at all. It was not only not melted, it was still cold. When I order food at a restaurant I expect it to be hot.

No no no no . I can go down to a taco truck and get 3 Street tacos better than their best tacos here. And for a lot less. I am no where near satisfied. No it is as good and just as healthy. This place is a complete rip off. Sorry Baja Fresh but you do not get my vote. $ 12.00 for a med drink and 3 tacos. Come on! Chipotle blows this place out of the water. Never will I Come here Again. Food has Zero Taste. Zero. !!
