Taco Bell

I don’t often leave a review, mostly because I am lazy But! The young man working at Taco Bell on a Tuesday night around 8:30 PM was easily the best example of customer service I have witnessed. He was friendly, polite, efficient and just overall a great dude. Restaurants all over, and I assume data food chains, are having one hell of a time finding staff right now. Well Taco Bell, you found a keeper. And in the off chance anyone from management or corporate reads this, I urge you to give this guy a raise and a promotion. Kuddos dude from Taco Bell! You gonna go far man.

Do not stay open the full hours they advertise on Google. Have shown up several times to pick up delivery orders 30 minutes before "close" and they have already shut down, or their "system is down" and they won't fulfill customer orders that were placed online far before close. I understand employees wanting to go home after a long shift, I do. But business hours need to be changed if they're going to consistently close early.

Quick drive thru experience while visiting Boise. Got a bunch of different items burritos, chalupas, nachos, tacos (about $50 worth of food), I don't remember everything. The meal boxes (I think it was a craving box) were the best value! Everything we ordered was in our bags so that was a huge bonus as we were just passing thru town. Only negative part of the experience was they didn't give us any taco sauce even though we asked for it. Sad 🐼

Cancelled my Uber eats order after an hour of multiple delivery drivers coming to pick it up and then leaving. By the time they cancelled, everything else around me was closed. Super annoying! Especially because I’m pregnant and starving and now everything is closed. Don’t waste your time at this Taco Bell, go to any other location in the Treasure Valley.

Charged for items that were left out, wouldn't answer the phone when we tried calling to ask about coming back for the missing items. Get home after giving up on getting the items that were left out to discover as we're eating that our food had no taco meat, nacho cheese, or sour cream in in the crunch wrap and 5 layer.

I don't understand why this location is even open. They never want to fill your order and the people in there are unnecessarily rude. I am done with Taco Bell in whole if you don't want to be a restaurant if you don't want to wait on people just close your freaking doors. I am done wasting my time on you.
