I’ve ordered online 2x now both with easy instructions just extra whip and caramel and lately they only give me less of it? i even ordered a ribbon crunch that had no whip on the bottom and runny whip on the top. i love the employees, their the absolute sweetest but i’m just tired of having to ask them for extra stuff when it’s clearly on the order instructions.

Decent location. Must be a smaller quieter location.
I clarified my order twice and she still didn’t get it right. But took my drink to go. Not the end of the world, but unfortunate. Wasn’t the cleanest either.

I have order from this Starbucks 2 times now through Uber Eats and both times my order was messed up. I will probably be ordering from a different one in the future.this drink was supposed to have a dome lid and coolwhip. My last one was supposed to have peppermint and didn't. I also didn't get a straw with either.
