Chicago Connection Pizza

Tried this place for the first time tonight - Best pizza I've had in a while! We knew the delivery times are long, ours was over 3 hours. The pizza was pretty cooled down, but tasted FANATIC after reheating. Full flavored ingredients, delicious cheeses and looked appetizing too. The delivery driver was friendly and polite, apologized for the extended wait time. I will definitely order again, but not for delivery.

Can’t leave zero stars… By far the worst pizza place in the valley, which used to be the best. We waited over an hour for our order. Which usually isn’t a problem for us. But our WHOLE order was wrong. Incorrect pizza/toppings, missing our sides. Once we got passed the busy signal on the phone, the guy on the on the other end had no compassion for making it right with the customer. We’ve run into multiple issues with this location over the last few years. This one sealed the deal for us. Will be taking our loyal business elsewhere. Update: they brought us the “correct” order and it’s still wrong 😂 so done

I Love Chicago Connection. I grew up in Boise and it was a regular in my life. My parents are still regular customers. I was in town for a day and ordered two large pizzas. Delivery was standard and the pizzas arrived hot as normal. However, while one of the pizzas was perfect, the other one was significantly overcooked. I tried one piece and it was a real disappointment. I am confident the employees must have known it was substandard, but sent it anyway for whatever reason. For the price I paid, this was unacceptable. If this was my first experience with Chicago Connection, I would have left a 1 star review. Very disappointing.

I love to order fresh tomato on the side and put it on top of the pizza myself. Every single time I order it that way from the downtown location they get it wrong and cook the pizza with the tomato. Literally every time!! I will go out of my way to fairview because they have not ever messed up my request. Thank you guys for the perfect pizza!
