Always been my favorite fast place to eat. But this is the first time ordering from this location and our experience was disappointing. I understand times are hard in the food industry right now, but the rudeness from the associates at this location was a huge bummer. Our fries were thrown in the bag and my burger might as well have been a very sauced pancake.

Had the jalapeño burger it was really good but I have too say I miss the portobello burger it was definitely my all time favorite. Overall a good experience. Our order was taken quite and our food was prepared quickly. The person taking our order was friendly and helpful we had several questions that were answered in a helpful manner.

Food was ok, biscuit was a bit hard. Looks like it needs to be cleaned drink station looks dirty as in spilled coffee maybe in salt packets and jalapeño area had dried up liquid all on the tray. I really do understand how hard it is right now I work for retail as well but I feel like this is unacceptable me being a manager myself. 1 employee I'm assuming was the manager had her feet dragging with way to long of pants and was talkingto her other employee about personal life saying a few cuss words.i get talking and making friends but do it away from customer view especially because I had a child with me, was very un professional. I used to work for Carl Jr 7yr ago so this was a huge disappointment Instead of some of the employees just standing with his arms over the counter he could have been productive and cleaning or something in the lobby.if your going to pay these employees up to 20hr they should be worth it. Employees be proud of your work and enjoy working if you don't then you should probably look In to another field.

First of all I am in absolutely shock. The manager was abusive and just sad. She blamed me for getting the menu wrong. When i said in the drive thru that i wanted 2 hand breaded crispy chickens. I wont eat it now cuz it probabpy was spit in. I wasnt given a reciept. This place used to be great. But now they got a bunch of people that dont want to work. The manager called me both in Spanish and english that i was an idiot. Well. I feel bad for the kids that have to work there with that women. It was sad. Even the customers agreed it was sad. Well i wad polite and nice. I sat patiently and waited. But i was really sad that she had to treat me with disdain and disrespect.
