DoorDash crashed just after taking my payment. Thought it was my phone but after it failed to arrive, I called the store and asked if they had an order waiting. They did...and were 100% willing to remake it for me to pick up myself. Order was completely correct and very fresh. Employees were super apologetic, even though it was no fault of theirs. Thanks for saving my dinner!

If I could give this store a 0 I would, I went in there at about 9am a few months ago, they had about 4-5 cars in drive thru, a couple customers in the lobby… after I ordered my food I sat down and the GM walks in… he starts GOING off on one of his employees about wait times… he said “7 minutes?? Really 7 minutes?? That’s unacceptable! You’re acting like we’re understaffed when we’re over staffed! (Mind you, there’s a now hiring sign outside…) This is unacceptable!” He was super unprofessional and rude. If that was my GM, I would of walked right out. I called corporate and asked for the district manager or regional manager to contact me…. Instead they had the GM call me.. how is the GM suppose to handle a situation when it’s about them?? I haven’t been back since and will not be back. A couple of my family members have gone there after they get off work at midnight … every single time there’s been an issue, whether it’s been missing items, cold items, or sitting in drive thru for 15+ minutes… maybe the GM should work a couple graveyard shifts instead of belittling his morning staff and treating them like children…. Would not recommend this restaurant, the one on Fairview is much better and friendlier!
