I was in the store tonight when a random customer who may have been waiting in his car came in and got upset because his pizza wasn’t made yet. I just very impressed by the way the ladies working handled the situation, and worked through the rest of their orders. Nice work tonight. Managers, get your team prepped so they don’t have to deal with being behind at the dinner rush. You put them in a bad spot. Do better, your team is working hard for you!

I ordered 2 pizzas neither were the way I ordered them. I ended up being overcharged for pizza received by $2.00. When I called after my husband got home with the order and I saw it was not correct I called back to let them know. They took my information and offered me a free pizza. When I called to redeem the offered free pizza I was denied by the manager.( There was no record of my complaint. She accused me of just wanting a free pizza and was very argumentative. I will not order from her store again.

Usually friendly and fast, but not the case today. I ordered online and arrived at the time the website said my order would be ready. When I checked in at the register they said they would be right on it. Not the case, very disorganized, and not until I asked for my money back did they start on my Pizza. I assume the older lady was the manager, who seemed annoyed that she had to work. It took nearly an hour from the time I placed my ordered on line.

Absolutely Garbage service. I called an order in and was told it would take 25-30 minute, when I showed up 40 minutes later they hadn’t even started making the pizza. It was a Tuesday (discount day) but there were at least 6 staff working behind the counter and several more standing around. The place was a disaster, messy countertops and no scenes of direction on the pizza assembly line. Where is the manager ? Maybe she was the one singing and dancing the whole time, looks like a whole load of fun but some people order out for convince not a hassle.
