Starbucks

I always order the Pink Drink, no ice add whip almost daily. I got to the window to find the drink Red instead of Pink. If there's too much refresher and not enough coconut milk it's too sweet and I end up just throwing it away. I got to the window to find it red, with ice and no strawberries 😞. The drink was remade 2x and still wrong. I was told not to pay but that's not the issue. It was a pretty aggressive exchange, drink all over the counter because they threw it in the sink and poured angrily. I really just wanted my morning hug in a cup. I will have to find a different way to do something special for myself. *Edit to add I spoke with Heidi, and they made it right!* Now, to just avoid the guy that's super awkward 😳.

Most of the staff was nice expect for the lil lady that was making my drink. I reminded her no coffee in it cause im sharing with my kid. She already seemed to hate the job gave me a big eye roll and was agressive making the drink. The lil dude working the register said sorry to her which made no sense . So as i got my drink i said " sorry for such the inconvenience " that was the first starbucks ive been to in 5 years and plan to sticking with dutch bro and the humam bean cause that customer service is way better and leaves a smile on my face. I wish i never tips and a person should never regret tipping but it was a horrible experience

I ordered four breakfast sandwiches, the kid sets two on the dirty counter and says " here are your first two sandwiches". Brings me the other two, doesn't offer me a bag I had to ask. Sets the bag on the counter for me to bag my food. Thirty dollars worth of food an drinks and this is the service a regular customer gets? Well he did have some chit chat with the girl to get back to. Oh, I didn't see him wash his hands after adjusting his mask over his nose. Great
