Subway

I was very impressed with the customer service I received this evening. Typically when I come in to a restaurant within an hour of close time I find employees are typically impatient or unenthusiastic. (Which is completely understandable) This wasn’t the case this evening. The team lead Damien not only made the two sandwiches I ordered perfectly but he provided a nice conversation and I was taken back by his kind demeanor and professionalism. It’s service like this that makes customers want to to make excuses to come back regularly. As a lone mandalorian once put it.. “This is the way.” And I have to say, this evening, subway off Eagle and McMillan is the subWAY 🙏 Thanks Damien!

Standard Subway... but I live by here, and go there frequently for the hero bread, so I feel compelled to say, the people that work here are really great! Always friendly and pleasant. It's kinda rare these days, so I thought I should give them a shout-out. Like even the teenagers that work there are friendly lol ☺️ it's always clean as well. Big plus!

We ordered at around 1.40 Pm on Saturday Jan 29th (2022) and we loved it! we did not see the employees name but he was nice to us, and when we ordered 15 cookies he did not seem like he was irratated. He was one of the nicest employees I have ever met at a subway and we will definitely be coming back for our cookie addictions

I hesitate to write this. If you plan on eating here, make sure school is in session. This is my second stop this month, and both times I had same experience. Food quality and care of prep was great. I have nothing but praise for the employees ‘on shift’. The problem is that it is a hangout for young teens that are quite obnoxious. They have no care that they are in their peers place of employment and that it is a restaurant. Their noise/banter was so loud the gentleman in line next to me had to lean forward to hear my response about his comment, “school must be out!” I like that these kids are not out destroying our city. But at same time they aren’t doing the owner any favors. Just a little care and respect that there are others including families in the building and that their flirting and noise is very loud and carries through the small space. In short, quality food. And fairly clean store. Environment is less than par when school is out. It’s a hangout for young kids that have no disdain for the environement.

Help was great, food was quite good and it was made skillfully. However, with COVID-19 in full effect and with no other customers present I would have expected the dining room to look a bit more presentable. If cleanliness and sanitation are supposed to be a focus in times like this, it is very obvious that this location didn't practice either of these safety protocols.

Didn't get everything I ordered. Only option offered was to drive all the way back and get items left out. Refused to give refund. Horrible attitude and poor customer service. Check your order carefully! Update: six days later, no phone call, ignoring emails, subway is great but this location is less than ethical. Find another Subway!
