Mcdonald's

Ordered a 2 for 4 and got a bunch of different sausage McMuffins with no egg and one with just cheese. Called and said she had only charged me for the dollar menu ones when that’s not even what I asked for in the first place. the fruit punch machine was down and watered down she said so I got a coke. Overall not a good place don’t waste your time.

Orders are frequently wrong from this location. Today, a co-worker and I ordered through Uber eats ( order 1615. pick up 7D1AF) and once again, wrong order. I had a triple cheeseburger add a patty for $1.09, the sandwich came with 2 patties. I contacted to let the management know, and was told I could come down and get a replacement. Problem with that solution is that if I had the time to come down, I wouldn't have paid ridiculous fees for Uber eats. Not satisfied with this location at all, I'd like a refund, but I'm assuming that's not possible due to it being an Uber order.

Worse McDonald's experience ever! Waited in line for over 20 minutes behind 3 cars for 2 medium fries and an apple pie. Received our order w/ No napkins, fry containers barely half-filled, they were old, cold & hard! Seriously... just left costco, thought we'd grab something quick(?) to snack & that's what we got. If we weren't in such a hurry and had already waited so long, we would have taken $6 worth of food back for a refund- it would have been a first for us! I don't visit McDonald's often, but when we do it is always a good experience. This McDonalds gives "McDonald's" a bad name! I worked at McDonalds in Illinois when I was in high school & fries like these were not acceptable for sale to Customers. What has happened to customer quality service?? Wont be back to this McDonald's ever!

There is a reason McDonald's Employees make minimum wage. After waiting 15 mins for a happy meal and 2 cheeseburger I looked down the hall where they prepare the food and all 2 of 3 woman working there leaning against the counters talking and on their phones. 3rd was walking around talking on hers. Long list of problems with this place and the only reason I keep stopping by like an idiot is because it's in the Walmart I go to.

The older female staff member taking orders was grumpy, pushy...rushing customers along, i.e., " is that it", and " anything else" in an impatient tone. I thought the customer service was atrocious. The restaurant itself was a dump. It was disgusting with trash overflowing from ever single trash can. The tables were filthy. Step it up.

Food was good for being mcdonalds but the manager and an employee were at the front counter bad mouthing another employee or shift leader. Maybe the other person deserved it or maybe not and i know what its like to not like my coworkers sometimes but i do not think its okay to talk trash where at least 5 other customers could hear. Very unprofessional guys :(

Ordered simple, of two large sprites. One cup barely over half full. And they weren't busy. Girl who gave us the drinks seemed friendly but wouldn't say thanks or have a good day until i spoke up and said "thank you" to get a smile and a simple "have a good day" back. Maybe she was shy, though I could sense she had "something else better to do" vibe
