This location has slipped in everything since the Pandemic. I get it, shortages on both inventory and personal but if you cant staff a Restaurant properly; I would rather see it closed for the day instead of being disappointed time and time again. We ordered in-person at the register and waited over an hour for our food. One of the three staff members said they 'lost' our ticket but found it on the floor. Workers on staff did not offer to refund us even after we said we no longer want the order. The line was pretty deep after us... and of course once we got the food, the order was wrong. But there was no sense in waiting to have it correct. We already contacted Customer Service but of course, zero response. DO NOT go to this location. The Overland/Entrainment Way location is far better and also understaffed.

Staff is rude and disrespectful. Food slowly comes out as if no one has a care that you ordered. The manager is extremely rude. The training of the staff is obviously lacking massively. I can't believe I worked at the Lenwoods Carl's Jr for 8 months for 7$ an hour and these people get paid 15+ an hour. There is only one person that has been nice to me there and in the last 6 months going 2-3 times weekly.

This is not pointed at the workers who served me last night they did a great job. This at the management who chose to make the one of the people working there making him work on a broken leg with no help. Did not give them numbers to help with the customers. And left them practically hanging until they had to close. They should not have to work in a such a condition of hard ship. Please management take care of your workers they deserve better

#1 WORST FAST FOOD! #DontEatHere. Generally, Carl’s is fine. But this location (Boise, ID) is horrible. We should have known when we were only people (when the “Chick fil a” was packed but we didn’t want to wait in line…regret). Carl’s staff were clueless (running around with head cut off), supervisor could not manage. And the food was NOT edible. After waiting “30min” for food, it wasn’t made right. There were 10 others who came in after us. When I came back to get refund, they were still waiting for their food.

I just went through Drive Thru and someone was about to take our order when another voice took over saying, "We are not taking any orders right now, we are closed." It's 2:50 p.m. and we just saw 2 people going through front door and 1 staff member hand deliver a drive thru/curbside order. Not really one to give bad reviews but they asked for this one.

Chicken sandwich and large fries... there was no shakes available.... 2 teens running the place only... at lunch time. Bread tasted bit old.... fries...seemed to have been fried in not clean oil.found a potatoe fried with something attached to it. Dont blame the only 2 guys running the place... i blame the owner... also had to put up with a karen not happy being served swiftly.
