I went in because I love smoothies and every other Jamba Juice I have gone to was a 10/10 experience, but I could not disagree more. I found a purple hair in my smoothie and when I politely asked if they could make another for me, Kaylee was so rude and rolled her eyes at me. Definitely was very upset and will I not be returning to this establishment until they learn how to speak to customers. Please if you think your too cool to be in the food service industry don’t be in it, I prefer kind people not rude workers

This seems to be the most chronically understaffed Jamba Juice I can think of visiting. On my last few visits, at completely different times of day, they don’t seem to have enough workers to handle their customers. I haven’t noticed this at other locations. I finally left without ordering after my latest visit. Management here need to ensure it has adequate staff; otherwise, it just isn’t worth the wait.

I like it because I love Jamba juice..just wish the staff here were a little more perky..maybe management needs to give then a wheat grass shot at the start of the shift. Atmosphere is fine but feels like the space could use a little pick me up too..some colorful paint on one of the walls would do wonders. My smoothies and bowls are good!

I frequent this place, and it's always clean. The staff is usually friendly, and whatever I get always tastes delicious. What I really love, though, is that my kids are excited to go and get a treat that is healthy and I don't have to feel bad about giving them.

A very family friendly atmosphere with young accommodating workers. Price is fair when considering their high quality products. You're able to substitute ingredients. The staff offers non-dairy alternatives, recommendations, and as a regular they will greet you by name! Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a healthier alternative and wants more flavor than ice. They also have a secret menu that can satisfy your sweet tooth or bring back some of your old time favorites.

*****CLOSED: 7-1-2019******* Went to get some, but ....Was told by stores next door that it was for sale/lease but the deal went through. Bummer....I'm not going to the mall to get a Jamba. Good bye Charlie! Hope you find another job kid. You & your co-worker were the best.

Awesome experience here! Delicious smoothies, but more importantly super awesome customer service! Went in right before closing and Ben and Grace were super helpful and nice! 10/10 would recommend these guys for management positions! 😊

Very dissapointed in my visit. Not only did i have to ask them to remake my drink, they somehow messed up my drink twice. I asked for a refund at that point. I have ordered the same drink plenty of times in California and always loved it. guess i wont be going back on weekdays anymore. The girls on the weekend however made it exactly how i like, doesn't make sense to me at all
