I came to the Burger King on Broadway in Boise hoping to make it in time before closing. I was the only person here to order, with 20 minutes left in the night. I was absolutely FLABBERGASTED by the service I received. Alexander the shift manager was incredible. He was upbeat, super friendly, made genuine conversation and seemed happy to be there. It was awesome. Definitely not your typical fast food experience. Thank you for the funtastic experience!

This review is based purely off of my interactions with Alexander, the late night shift manager; I don't generally eat at BK but at this point I would come here and buy food just for the opportunity to interact with them. Alexander has, on more than one occasion, been the most friendly and welcoming person I've had the pleasure of interacting with all day. Alexander and the rest of the Burger King team at this location are the reason I will keep coming back or choose BK over other food options.

Alexander (hope I got the name right) - you rock. Kudos to you for having fun at your job and actually caring about the service you provide. My 11 and 13 yr olds were in the car with me and both said, "He likes his job and is so nice!"

*impossible to ask questions or change A for B (unless you order often and have NO questions)
*asked for onion rings (correct on the bill), got french fries
*whoppers were extra flat and poor
*french fries were extra extra extra salty, and no ketchup

Exemplary customer service experience. Lex at drive thru was super fun, friendly, and professional. I had a slight issue with a mobile order, and he went above and beyond my expectations. Food was good, but service is what will have me return. Thanks Lex!

Tried to order from the drive thru at 9pm and no answer. They have time to take care of all the to go drivers but closed for those that are there to order. Do not trust the hours that are on the door or online.
