Subway

I didn’t even want to give any stars but it made me. My issue is the store at 5024 Emerald St and Orchard opens at 10 am but don’t have any bread to serve except day old stale bread. Why open at 10 if you can’t serve any fresh bread until 11:30? What a joke to be honest and very disappointing!!! Wouldn’t someone come in to make bread at a sandwich shop before the store opens for customers? That makes sense to me!

I am sure the workers were not responsible. But ordering online was a disaster. Paid upfront via the web site only to find out my order did not come through. Not only did I waste my time ordering, then driving over only to be told I must of ordered incorrectly, but then I had to spend another 30 min trying to get a refund. Great Work selling your "sub" standard food.

It's real nasty and dirty of food containers I went 7th March 2022 ordered Tuna footlong the 5 people were lining ahead me so I found polluted dirty tuna container harden and dark colors of tuna container after I ordered . I thought maybe ok. I came home and ate that tuna and next day got sick throw up stomachache until today. I m taking antibiotic medicine over a week. I really regret to bought that dirty tuna sand which. It seems Bad store lazy employees not hygiene keep containers never washed. No one have responsibility for store hygiene. Sad week.

I'd been cycling all day and needed some food! But only semi-fast food! Luckily Subway is open until 10pm on weekdays which is convenient for alot of us. SHANE did a splendid job taking my order and crafting a sandwich to which I've consumed half already at the time is being penned..it took every ounce of self control to not eat the other half here out on the Subway patio (which I might add is an excellent feature, especially on nights such as this one). I digress...but anyway thank you SHANE for the help tonight even though it was late. I will definitely be back again soon!

The customer service wasn't too bad. Employees could be a little more enthusiastic though. I was pretty disappointed with the portions I recieved for the higher prices I paid. My sandwich was small but they at least had a decent amount of meat in there. Seems to be all the subways not just this location.
