Taco Bell

Such a disappointment. We usually go to this Taco Bell since it’s close to our house. They’re usually slower but still good. Not so much this time. My taco came smashed, all the burritos had sauce leaking and my Sierra Mist tasted like bathroom water. I’m addition, the girl at the drive through went on a rant about how she was ‘done with her job, was gonna quit, couldn’t stand stupid people calming to her store’ etc.

This location is usually pretty decent but I've had a few issues here in the past. This particular visit was pretty bad though. I don't expect perfection because it's taco bell but it would be cool if I could get all the food I ordered, and not have to peel half of what I did get off of the bag it came in because someone didn't wrap the items correctly and then proceeded to dump them into the bag upside down. Let alone the terrible customer service cutting me off and trying to get me to shut up after every item ordered. Do better

This place lives up to the other 1 star reviews. Simple 1 meal order took 26 minutes to get. They skipped over me and 2 other orders and gave someone else there order within a few minutes. They person ordered the same items as the person who got there order first. Wrappers are covered in food because of the messy cook not washing there hands. Nacho fries half empty, gave me small drink instead of medium. Constant flow of people coming from from drive thru for messed up orders and missed items. Horrible location, I'll stick to overland for prompt accurate service of I choose to eat at a Taco Bell again.

Placed order online and they marked it as completed. Arrived at store and they closed early and said they didn’t have the order. Also there is no way through the app to request a refund. You can submit feedback. There is not even a customer service number. NEVER order online at this store. I also have never had any real issues with Taco Bell in general, but this particular location is horrible. Multiple issues everytime I attempt to order food

The manager Ben is likely the reason for the multiple 1 star reviews. I feel sorry for the staff that are being trained by this sorry excuse for a leader. He didn't know his own menu, and had a poor attitude in general. After asking for a "classic combo" through the drive thru, Ben stated "I don't know what that is bud." One of his employees had to explain to him what it was. After I asked him if that was something I can order he said "yeah bud, so what do you want to drink" as if I had done something wrong to him. After confronting him on how I felt at the window, he told me to leave. Pathetic excuse for a manager. He needs to be fired before the location gets to a point of no return.
