Haven't been to KFC in a long time. Was pleased to see that for a fast food place these guys are doing a good job. The dining room was clean and well lit, the counter help was immediately attentive and helpful, and overall it was a good eat-in dining room experience. We had the crispy chicken sandwich and it was actually quite good with plenty of crunch, moist chicken, pickles and mayonnaise. Really enjoyed it! The fries were good too! Will do it again.

They pulled me out to the front to wait on chicken to cook. I had a 12 pc bucket, 2 large mashed potatoes and gravy, cheese curds, biscuits, and a large coleslaw. So, there was a handful of money spent on you guys. The service was rude when bringing the food. I asked if I could get a refill on my drink and she said that they can't do that. I waited 25 minutes for my order and my drink was diminished by then. I was disappointed about the drink but I was more disappointed by the cold chicken and no gravy for my potatoes. The cheese curds are decent I would give you 7/10 on those. I called the store to see if there was some sort of resolution and the guy told me that he can give me a coupon. Why would I want a coupon when my first experience is so bad? I don't intend on returning to this location.

Terrible service. Waited 15 minutes in the parking lot for our order before going inside to find it sitting on the counter. We used the drive thru and were asked to wait at front of the store because the order was being made fresh. Needless to say food was soggy and lukewarm after having to wait so long. In fairness the shift manager was very apologetic and gave us a complimentary dessert.

Wife ordered at drive through. Ordered 2 3pc tenders with dipping sauce and everything was entered as A LA Carter instead of as a combination, so the price for 3 horrible tenders and 3 fries + 2 dipping sauces (which we did not get) was $18.50. What a deal!!! Tenders were tough, cold and we're not worth eating. The fries would have been pretty good, but we're also cold. When you through that small amount of food, in a big box, they get cold fast. Worst meal I have ever gotten at KFC. And at a ridiculous price.

Ordered 3 5 piece chicken meals and a 3 piece meal. First off the guy taking the order had a VERY bad lisp, why was he taking orders in the first place, everytime I said what I wanted he goes is that all 3 times before I could get to the next item. So I get home and I end up with 4 5 piece meals. Asked for plain mashed and horrible salty gravy was on mine. All this for over 40 bucks.

I just find it insane when your menu is all about selling chicken & you run out of cooked chicken!! Doesn't someone look at the pans & say, wow we're running short of chicken!! Maybe we should start some more! To have for our customers when they walk-in or drive up!! Instead of telling them to wait 20 minutes!! That just blows my mind!! It's not rocket science!!
