Taco Bell

I waited for at least 30 minutes to get my food! They didn't put extra cheese on all three of the crunch wrap supremes we ordered! Then they kept my receipt so I couldn't complain to corporate! I could see the timer on the screen inside and it said I had been at the window for 1 minute and 20 seconds and in line for 3 minutes and 40 seconds. I dont know what this place is trying to pull but I will NEVER come here again! Oh yeah! The line for drive through was so long I tried to go inside first but I walk in and they wouldn't take orders inside. I had to get back in my car and get back in line.

I never make reviews but please take my advice and never buy food here. We waited 35 minutes in the drive through line. I know that sounds excessive but I'm being honest. Then we asked AND paid for extra cheese on all 4 of our meals- didn't get extra cheese on anything. If you know me, i love my cheese and was very very sad after getting home. The crunchwrap was about 1/2 full as well. We went to make a call to review the store and complain and they hadn't given us a receipt. The only way to get a credit or refund is if you have your receipt. They must have known people would complain and kept ours. We used to go here 2 years ago and forgot why we stopped going here until today. They need a new store manager and they need new employees. Don't waste your time or money.

Came here and ordered a couple of soft vegetarian burritos - they were made with meat so I went back through the drive thru and asked them to remake. They were so cute and sweet at the window. A group of 4-5 of the employees there sweetly handed me freshly made ones that were “the right ones this time”. Thank you loves. That made my night.

Unfortunately, google only lets you leave one bad review. I’ve had numerous horrible encounters here. The most recent the location was out of everything for breakfast. The said call corporate to get a refund… which isn’t even a thing. And then told us to get out of the window because they were worried about the drive times. Horrible, horrible customer service. Unfortunately people will still go here.

Went and got some tacos and asked for them to not have cheese and they even clarified about it yet all of the three tacos had cheese, the tortillas on the tacos were stale and cold. I got a burrito as well and it was completely burnt to being inedible because all I tasted was burnt. I thought it couldn’t get worse but they also forgot one of the items. Please do not go here. Their closing hours are also not correct. Every time I go there something always isn’t right. I am now never going there again. You honestly have to try to do this bad🤦‍♀️
