Little Caesars

Feb 7th we ordered for delivery through their website, order arrived with one pizza slid off and burned cheese, our deep dish was missing its other half and there was blood on all of the boxes. Wasn't going to eat these so we called the store and were told they could not send out a replacement and that we would get a coupon in the mail from corporate for the order total within a few days. Nothing came and we called the store again and were told the same thing, they would check with corporate about the coupon. No response back again so we emailed corporate ourselves and again still no response. It's been over a month now and I can't believe they can ignore such a serious issue. They don't care that they sent out an order not only missing items and burned but also smeared with blood. No refund, remake, or coupon has been given for an order that couldn't be eaten. Avoid this location, lack of training, food safety, and management.

The menu is super misleading. I ordered a regular supreme and a thin crust supreme expecting to pay $1 more for the thin crust, but to my surprise it was a $20 pizza. They apparently don’t have a button for a thin crust supreme so they charge you $7.49 for one topping and $2 for each additional one plus the extra )1 for thin crust. If I wanted to pay that much for a pizza I would have definitely gone somewhere else.

I did my order online and paid and when I came to the store my order not ready I told the cashier to continue with my order so when u I went up she still didn’t continue. And had to wait more time. I told her I would be back the next day if I got charge and she just turned her eyes around. That was at the Boise (Milwaukee location )

I must have been lucky based upon the other reviews. My online order was ready as promised the staff is friendly quick and courteous. Another Patron came into the door at the same time and he got his two pizzas right away also. The place was clean tidy and easy to find from the major roads. I'm sure the pizza was made as it was supposed to be. since this is my first time at Little Caesars I have nothing else to compare to. My general impression is the pizza is of medium quality as befits its price. The crust was not Chris that was kind of sloppy so if you are a New Yorker that would be good you just roll it up.

I got there at 7:30 just to get some crazy bread. The guy tells me they’re out of bread for the night. I asked if they were making more he said no. They obviously weren’t out of product but simply trying to close early since they close at 8. I’m in the pizza industry and understand this very well. Instead giving good service you’d rather turn away your customers so you can go home early. Absolutely pathetic. All you did was lose business.
