Burger

We just left with a horrible experience! We ordered a BLT, a Double, a Single, a junior burger, a medium curly fry, a small curly fry, a root beer float and kids drink. After driving a good way I had a bad feeling and decided to check our bags. We were missing a double and a small curly fry, and after driving all the way back to get it, we got a bad attitude and called liars. I gave them my bags so they could see it was missing and some woman brought the bags to the back and came right back out with the right order miraculously. They said it was already in there to begin with and when I said I just wanted a refund for the poor service and bad attitude they said they don't give refunds. What kind of business doesn't give refunds? We left with the right order, but very disappointed, and scared to even eat the food. We are well dressed, middle class people, and they treated us like trashy teenagers trying to get free food. We never expected to be treated this way from a "mom and pop" burger joint. Never again.

So I am disgusted while I was waiting for my food I realized I could see through part of the layer of paper covering the drive through window and one of the employees eat a fry out of my bag of Fry's. I worked in fast food and never have I had this level of disgust for any food place. 0/5 stars if I could. I added a photo of the window just so you can see what I'm talking about.

I'm from Houston and there's a place called best burger in Stafford...and so I thought this would be a similar of awesome burgers....but...I was wrong ...although the young lady taking my order...Lauren was very nice the cook out young man I don't know was rude and I think made my food bad on purpose
