Chicken Express

Went to chicken express. Hoping everything will be great 🤷🏾‍♀️.. was very disappointed, was in line over 20mins. My order wasn’t correct, the person on the window acted as if he couldn’t hear. I to repeat my order 3times . And it was right at all . I drove along way and to have to wait for over 20 minutes in a drive thru was way outta line. Bring one to airline please.

I go to Chicken Express because I can't get chicken livers anywhere else in town. Previous orders have been hot, fresh, and soft fried, but tonight, they were cold, stale and seriously hard fried. I also had to wait 30 minutes for my order in the drive thru. I think there should be some adult supervision in the evening hours because the teens that were working didn't seem to be in a hurry to get the orders out in a timely manner. I will give this place one more try to see if it was just an off night.

I came by August 3 about 5:00 to get dinner for my family. I bought the 25 piece strips with mashed potatoes. And corn nuggets. It was the worst meal I have ever spent money on. The Chicken was dried out hard and cold. The chicken was like eating jerky. And the corn nuggets were terrible. I only received 4 nuggets, and were cold. I wont be going back to this restaurant. Very disappointing.
