Counter Culture

Recently just moved to Bossier and I came in on New Year's Eve to get some frozen yogurt for the family to celebrate finalizing our moving process, I was immediately greeted by a cashier who was very friendly and polite. Going off of my receipt, the gentleman's name who helped me was John. He was able to help me understand the menu and even suggested some items to me based on what I was hungry for. Ended up getting the hot turkey melt and a Humphrey yogurt and they were both delicious. Definitely will be returning to this location in the future.

Did drive-thru, left a tip, went back to work and figured out it was the wrong sandwich. Went back and had to wait 10 minutes in line to get the order even though they said it was ready for me. If someone has the wrong order and you have the right order ready and sitting on the counter, take 30 seconds and walk out to give the person what they paid for. If I had to rate the food alone it would get 3 stars. Also, the wrong order I initially got was roast beef, cheese and mustard on that overly sweet white bread lol who orders that?

I highly enjoy Counter Culture and this is my favorite location in the area. The staff is always friendly, the food always fresh, and for a restaurant that makes everything to-order, it is remarkably quick. I enjoy this location's loyalty program, and the wider selection of fruits they have for things like the Humphrey. The Hot Turkey Melt is my favorite sandwich.
