I have visited the Bossier City location three times in the last month or two. During two of those visits, the young lady that delivered my smoothie via the curbside option was not wearing a mask. There is a mask mandate in Louisiana, and a sign asking patrons to wear a mask to enter. It is clear that the policy is not enforced with the employees at this location. I would have preferred to contact the owner directly regarding these incidents, but there is no option that I could find on the website to email the owner directly.

12-20-19 Friday evening. The inside of the location was very clean and modern. The people behind the counter was very sociable and helpful. I even let one of the ladies pick my smoothie for me. The smoothie was consistent with other smoothie king locations. Overall it was not a bad experience and I would return to this location. Good job staff
