The potato salad was very close to the original recipe at this location and I miss that at the Baton Rouge location. Look how nice and tight the potato salad is. No heavy egg or mayo flavor.
The beans were also good.
The ribs and chicken were a little light on seasoning for me.

Overall experience was good. Brisket was a little dry. The ribs and sides were great. Very large portions. The building and seating area was clean. Mrs. Thalia was very cordial and helpful with the menu items. Would definitely eat here again.

First time I got undercooked chicken, today I got dried out chopped beef sandwich. I'm done. Beans ok

Order food delivered. Beef ordered chopped, received it thinly sliced- no bbq flavor at all, taste like roast that was boiled in water. Baked potato had to be cooked because it was hard. Cole slaw was the only good part of the order.
