My family and I love Taco Bell! It has become our go to place. The food is great and the orders are always correct!

Love taco bell but if you are in bossier drive past this one and go to a different one. I keep. Trying it cause it's the closest to my house but it's bad everytime. Trust me any other taco bell shreveport bossier is better than this one

Took longer than I thought it should considering after we were told to pull away from the window only 1 other vehicle came thru. Food was good though

Gave me tacos with just meat and tomatoes and others with just meat, cheese and tomatoes. Weird

I just got back home from picking up food from this location. Now, I use the mobile app because I customize my burritos the way I want since the app allows me to do so.
Complaint #1: When I got home and opened my bag, I first went to the crunchy taco. This was a huge disappointment. There were 3 slivers of lettuce.
Complaint #2: My customized burrito was not the burrito I ordered. I say this because they left out half of the things I asked for.
I am writing this review about this location because I have been to many locations in the area and this location once got my order correct and it was amazing. I don’t know what happened, but they have failed me and I will never go back to this location again.
I am going to ask Taco Bell to refund my order since I should not have to pay for what I did not get.
