Ichigo Sushi

i ordered a platter to go, the lobster tempura roll and amazing roll, along with a few sides..the gyoza and spring rolls. all were amazing and well worth the drive from south shreveport just to get it. their sashimi was delicious and i only regretted not getting MORE than 10 pieces, because i feel like i could eat pounds of their sashimi. i will be ordering again in the near future and making sure i get more. well worth the price and the best sushi i've had in shreveport, even better than sushi i found in hawaii, and hawaii knows their sushi. so that should say something.

Hands down one of the best restaurants in town handling the Covid situation. They have an impeccable system to keep us all safe! Clean, efficient, safe and super pleasant on the phone taking orders. I will be patronizing this sushi place from now on. If I could give them 10 stars I would! The sushi is fresh and delicious, and I appreciate their dedication and hard work during this crisis. Having my favorite food sure makes this time a little easier! 10/10 recommend! You won’t be disappointed. And to the owner and employees, THANK YOU for your hard work. You are appreciated.

Ichigo is a branch of of Lins kitchen which has always been great Chinese food. While the service is fine, the sushi is just OK. Now, allow me to explain, its far far from bad. The presentation is beautiful, a lot of attention to detail here. Where I struggle is price versus portion and overall value versus freshness. The fish is fresh, but is it top quality, I fear not. You will pay top end sushi restaurant prices for their rolls and portions waver all over. Again, let me be clear. The food here is good, service is great, however if you are a stickler for value, you may be disappointed.
