Ward 8

This place was excellent. I had to double cheeseburger with the french fries. How did they get their french fries to taste like McDonald's fries?! The double cheeseburger was very large so I cut it in half but it was so juicy and it was cooked perfectly. If I am ever back in Boston in that area I would definitely go back for another meal.

Had an office happy hour here and the staff could not have been better! They made the entire experience so easy and were even able to do the menu for me so there was less guess work on my part. Scott was very responsive via email and I could not have been happier with how the even turned out! Highly recommend visiting Ward 8 if you haven't already!

I can only speak to the cocktails, not the food. Good selection, but not a wide selection. They will make off menu drinks for you though and that's great! Lovely atmosphere and huge bar. Indoor and outdoor seating available as well. Make reservations if you're looking to go at peak times. I recommend!

Thank God for Ward 8! We pulled a rookie mistake and didn’t make reservations before the Bruins game but luckily stumbled upon this gem! Grabbed a seat at the bar and had great service from the Bartenders! The food was excellent (I recommend the fried chicken sandy) as was the atmosphere! Thanks for saving my wallet from buying food at the Garden my guys!

We felt lucky to have found a spot here on a busy Saturday night in Boston! We sat at the bar and ordered some drinks and dinner and were highly impressed. The staff was extremely helpful and looking around at the other food made it difficult to decide what to pick as everything looked so good! We started with the guacamole and chips which we loved, and I had the double cheeseburger for my meal. The burger was extremely filling and the fries were great as well! We will definitely be back the next time we’re in Boston.

Highly enjoyed my visit to Ward 8. On the edge of West End & right walking distance to North Station, I couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stop for dinner & a drink. The menu is creative with tons of exciting options. If you can, get a reservation for the patio out back because the views are phenomenal. Unfortunately they were booked up so it was the bar top for me this trip. You can’t go wrong here!
