Great experience here on a chilly Friday night! The gentleman working the counter was excellent, served my crazy family of 5 with a smile. Hopefully the issues from summer have been ironed out for good, because we love Coldstone!

The ice cram is obviously good! BUT THE STAFF WAS GREAT Karmandi I think was his name so great super high energy. Everyone in there is high energy. He went above and beyond for customer satisfaction

Their pistachio ice cream is a weird green color, but with that being said, I LOVED it! I added heath bar!

I LOVE Cold Stone!! I'm a fun of one of its signature creations - Germanchökolätekäke. Its chocolate ice cream with pecans, coconut, brownie and caramel. I don't like pecans so I switch them out for almonds. That's one of the great options. If you don't like the mix-ins, you can switch them out for ones that you do like. This creation is totally divine and delish!! Pricing is reasonable. I wish I could have it every week but as the saying goes, once on the lips, a lifetime on the hips!!! In any case, ice cream lovers should give Cold Stone a try!! You will not be disappointed!!!

Good service; other than a mixup with a cup instead of cone, they served the right ice cream. Recommended: cheesecake and cookie dough.

All of the Cold Stones around me closed down during 2020, so I was delighted to find one still open! Excellent customer service and great quality product. 😋

Staff is friendly but this shop really needs a makeover, tired deco and insufficient lighting makes it look unwelcoming.

Delicious! Ordered the Oreo Overload and it was really fresh. The staff were able to accommodate my food allergies and made my ice cream in a safe container to eliminate cross contamination.
