The Real Deal

The menu had a good variety of American food to choose from. Burgers, sandwiches, pizza and salads. We ordered the Asian chicken salad and some curly fries. Good amount of chicken in the salad, and it had a very good dressing, would order again. Curly fries are bit pricey $8. The pizza didn't look appetizing as it had very thin crust and couldn't see the sauce, but you could order a slice of you want.

Stopped by for a quick bite after a showing with my client down the street. Settled on The Real Deal after perusing the incredible selection of cuisine offered on Center St. I figured a sandwich would allow me to eat and travel to my next appointment, I was wrong. I ordered The Executive; a simple yet dignified pastrami sandwich, with a bag of chips and a Dr.Pepper. Service was prompt and delightful. I settled into my car - ready to roll. Yet upon my first bite, I became enthralled. How could a meal so undemanding, be this delicious?! I devoted myself to the first half and tucked the second away, delusional in thinking I would save it for later and make it on time for my appointment. Wrong, again. It was gone before I reached Back Bay and I have thought about it everyday since.

Awesome place for a casual bite to eat. They have a variety of sandwiches/melts, panini, wraps, pizza, and salad. Plenty of vegetarian options, not sure about vegan. I got the portobello panini and it was amazing. Hot, fresh, and crispy. And a good portion size to satisfy my hunger. Reasonably priced for Boston. They have a couple of tables inside.

That gf BBQ pulled pork 😋 sandwich was oh so amazing, yes there's a but n butt. Pulled pork the butt of the pig 🐖 meat was cooked to perfection 2nd time getting this sandwich. The but though 2nd time around is they had it on small gluten free roll which is a rip-off. The 1st time I had the sandwich it was on a braided sesame seed roll about twice the size in length so you got your money 💰 worth. I felt that in all honesty I was ripped off as customer. I never get the cheddar cheese because lactose intolerance I have, but I do get clow slaw on the side because it makes the bread soupy or soft for better terms, so therefore I apply a lil at a time on my bites. I only found a few places make great clow slaw and like the name of this establishment the slaw lives up to the name. If you were feeding a child this sandwich it be different for kids meal. But I am adult and wasn't by far satisfy with the portion of this sandwich. I won't be returning unless I want a child size meal or a slice of there pizza which is exceptionally great. But I wasn't filled up this second time around. The food 😋 the portion if this sight gave a review would be a complete 0 zero. I believe the name of long and wide roll was a kaiser which is braided width about 3 inches and length about 8 or 10 inches in length. Only way I go back is if my friend I treated to a ham and cheese small sub which was longer and fuller than my sandwich that day is paying. The customer service is always on point. But BBQ pulled pork should be place on kids menu because that's what 😳 in all reality you're getting for your buck.
