always an excellent experience here! i visit regularly to restock on pods. they never fail to offer you coffee while you wait, and are always friendly, warm, helpful, and knowledgeable about the various coffee types. they also often provide complementary samples or deals with your purchase. A+ boutique!

This review is based on the experience I had on 4/19/23 with Garry. First of all - Thank you so much for making my experience well worth the hour and a half drive (again) I originally made a purchase with another team member on 4/11 and got all the way home to find that the bag given to me was not my order. I called Nespresso right away to make sure I'd be able to go back in store and get the order that I actually paid for and they assured me it wouldn't be a problem. (The original person I worked with was lovely and we had a great conversation re: all things coffee. Mistakes happen, we are human) Anyway! Garry and the assistant manager were able to pull up my order and get all of the pods I originally bought, I was a little worried they'd be out of the limited edition coffee's but they weren't. Thank you again Garry - you were fantastic and my inner coffee lover can't wait to try out my new pods.

PSA: definitely try voltesso espresso, and hazelino muffin coffee pods This is a place with great and relaxing vibe and they have a great variety of coffees. Not only you can buy coffees for your nespresso machine but also they have a coffee shop where you can literally buy a coffee to go. The staffs are very polite, helpful, and friendly. I met with manager, who was a very elegant, nice, and approachable lady. I asked her if she suggests the new version of a coffee that released. She told me she suggests it but she also told me that I can try it. So basically she made the coffee using Nespresso Vertuo Plus Delux machine for me and my friend. I am glad she did so since I realized the coffee was a bit too strong for my normal taste. I was also shocked to see they had Colombia flavor which constantly has been out of stock online which was in my machine sampler box. I bought two Colombia and one Costa Rica box (my most favorite). She told me they also have deals if I buy 8 box. Anyhow, what I liked is that you actually get interaction with the manager, she really cares about customers’ satisfactions, and helps them thoroughly to make a choice. She also linked my purchase to my nespresso account which I really appreciated. I definitely suggest trying a cup there if you are planning a break coffee flavor. Will visit again 💯 Please note that this is a review for the Nespresso Boutique inside the Prudential Center. I hope they stay in business given all the difficulties that covid has caused shops. Unfortunately the other nespresso place in Newbury place went out of business due to covid.
