Service was extremely fast and friendly, and the food was great. Loved the fresh add-ons and spice options. Quality ingredients.

The Vietnamese beef noodle soup at this place is my favourite! A warm and comforting bowl of pure goodness fill will aromatic flavours.
The fried rolls were crispy and the vegetables were crisp. The flavors were all on point and we were given plenty of peanut and fish sauce. The portions were large and the prices were very reasonable. Also what I like the most was that they were served very quickly. On top of that, all staffs are kind. I wish I could visit again!!! It’s a must try place for pho. Pro tip - go in person !!! It’s better :)
Their takeout is pretty good too.

The Vietnamese beef noodle soup at this place is my sanctuary! A warm and comforting bowl of pure goodness. I find myself coming here at least once a week, not just for the delicious food but for the mental reset it provides. It’s like a big old hug in a bowl.

We were seated and served quickly, the food came fast and tasted fresh. The fried rolls were crispy and the vegetables were crisp. The bathroom was a bit 😵💫 but overall it was a great dining experience and I'd recommend to anyone looking to eat good Vietnamese food in a casual environment

Located in the heart of Dorchester's Vietnamese community, Pho Hoa is a great destination for phos and authentic Vietnamese cuisines.
My friends and I recently took a visit for an early dinner and were surprised to find the place busy. We ordered two of their signature offerings: Phở Đặc Biệt and Cơm Đặc Biệt. The pho was a blend of different beef cuts—eye round steak, brisket, flank, fatty flank, tendon, and tripe. The broth tasted exactly like the ones I tasted in Hanoi: simple with depth of flavor added from modest amount of beef fat. It was comforting, hearty, and deeply satisfying, capturing the essence of traditional Vietnamese pho.
The Cơm Đặc Biệt was also flawless. The grilled pork chop was sweet, succulent, and flawlessly cooked. The myriad accompaniments—from the shrimp tofu and julienned pork skin to the fried egg—elevated each bite with intricate texture combinations. The inclusion of pickled carrots and daikon provided a nice, tangy counterpoint to the richness of the other elements.
While the service experienced a minor hiccup—our drink orders were forgotten and we were seated under a leaky AC unit—our server was incredibly friendly and did his best to make our experience enjoyable.

BEST PHO EVER ! We have been coming here for YEARS and love this place. The pho is delicious, the broth is flavorful, the meat is perfectly sliced every time. It’s a must try place for pho. Pro tip - go in person !!! It’s better :)
Their takeout is pretty good too. The inside of the restaurant is super cute and on the weekends they have Mochi doughnuts 😍

This review covers 2 visits and there were more dishes tried than shown in the photos below. Overall, if you are in the Dorchester area trying to decide which Vietnamese place to goto, I would recommend this one. It is, in my opinion, the best one still in operation there.
The place is large and vibrant. Service is good, although not always prompt. The menu is also large, and the food will never disappoint, although it may not be dazzling.
Also good value compared to many other Vietnamese places in & around town.

The chicken wings are not on the menu but be sure to ask for it. You will not be disappointed. Crispy on the outside and juicy in the inside. The food is fresh, great variety. Very affordable and convenient, great customer service , the restaurant is spacious.
I went 4 times in one week. I know but I couldn't help it. This is the healthiest option if you are trying to eat clean and lose weight ( my opinion)
