This review if for the two women working this morning (8-31-23) around 9:30am. Both of them had such kind attitudes, one of them complimented me, and helped me choose a drink after they ran out of pumpkin. Just, both of them made me smile and made my morning that much better!

Bad customer service ever. Workers are terrible. No manner... every time I got my order wrong, with bad attitude to remake it.
They really need to train their employees.

This place is small but it's still pretty Starbucksy. Good especially if you want to annoy Dunkin people.

This starbucks was good but my only complaint about Starbucks in general is how inconsistent their espresso is from location to location.
Some locations make espresso very well while I've seen others make some really bad espresso.

Typical Starbucks inside the Doubletree Hotel. Looks like it was recently renovated. It doesn't seem busy so there is no wait and plenty of seating. In the winter, you can access it only via the hotel entrance.

Went one evening and it was the perfect touch to end a shop til you drop type of day.

Regular visitor. They don't let you spend your stars here, as it's part of the DoubleTree hotel. That's fine, you can still earn them. The staff are absolutely great. Very fast, friendly, and polite.

Pretty standard Starbucks, though do be aware that this one is attached to a doubltree hotel.
Also, due to proximity to tufts, expect a wait, especially around shift changes.

Nice quick place to get coffee. The staff is nice and quick. FYI: only wooden chairs and tables, no comfy reading chairs.
