This is the best Chipotle to go to if you want to make sure nothing you ordered actually comes out right. So for example, a bowl with extra corn salsa will come with no corn salsa whatsoever. Or a bowl with fajita veggies comes with meat. I can only hope that if you wait on the 40 minute line that they'll get it right cause you're right in front of them, but pickup or delivery? Good luck!

AVOID AVOID AVOID DELIVERY
It’s extremely disappointing and pure EVIL for a store to knowingly CUT the portions of online orders more than HALF!!! I was extremely shocked when I lifted my burrito bowl out of the bag and felt how light my bowl was?!?
There was hardly any barbacoa on my bowl nor on my other bowl (as seen on the photo).
This is plain Evil.

This Chipotle is nothing exciting. It does the bare minimum to meet standards. Staff is alright and they do the job. They don’t rob you of portion like the Fenway location. They are sometimes out of ingredients, which can be frustrating given their name in the food industry. Nevertheless, I do enjoy the quiet I get when I come to sit here. I like eating out, but sometimes enjoy a quiet outing and not a whole bunch of loud chatter around me. It’s clean sometimes, but not all the time. The tables are sometimes still with remnants of the person prior.

Great location and cool restaurant to eat inside. However, when I placed an online order last night they botched it (missing large guacamole), I can forgive that, mistakes happen, but getting a refund took about 30 minutes as Chipotle has very poor customer support.
In short, if you order online, open the bag BEFORE you leave the store and check that you got what you paid for.

worst online experiences, gave me white instead of brown rice, no mild salsa, and no taste. Cooking stinks in Cleveland Circle and plus they don't pick the phone.

Hands down worst Chopolte in America, possibly the world. I was excited to be leaving right across from the street from a Chipolte, however my joy soon disappeared. I have never not had a terrible experience with them. First, the workers are extremely rude. There was a woman working who had her mask down around her chin. Not that I particularly care about that, but she was condescending and hypothetically telling me to put mine on. Once I did so, she proceeded to give me the smallest portions I have ever seen. After asking for double chicken she gave me two more individual pieces of chicken. What a joke to the point where a coworker noticed and gave me more of his own accord. Clown show. In addition, they constantly mess up online orders. I ask for guacamole and I’d say less than 50% of the time does it actually come. It’s absurd I’m paying extra money for that and they can’t take a second and add that scoop. Their hours are also never as advertised. There are some days where I go at 5 PM and they are closed. This chipotle is a joke and a half.

Due to a mixup of online orders, I had to wait half an hour to get food, even though there was barely a line. Even after my order was finished, they just let it sit there for ten minutes. The store manager and employees were overwhelmed and clearly frustrated. I spoke with the folks in line next to me, and we all agreed that this was simply unacceptable service. No refund, no apology, no nothing.
After years of dealing with their shoddy customer service, I'm done. I don't care how cheap their food is - it's not worth the headaches.

STINGIEST and SLEAZIEST Chipotle by far. In fact, it’s honestly THEFT. When you order delivery, the price of a burrito bowl is jacked up, and that is on top of delivery fees. BUT they only scoop one-third portions for your burrito bowl. When I received my order, I could feel how light the bag was. Even skimmed me on the rice and lettuce, LOL seriously…? Like, it was enough to build two, maybe three, tiny tacos? It is egregious enough to make you wonder for a second if your driver helped themselves to a serving or two. I’m just trying to stress how ridiculous and baffling this is. Anyways, got a small, partial refund from Doordash, but still hangry. HQ needs to send this location some major help or shut it down.
