A & N House Of Pizza

The eggplant pizza is the best pizza I’ve ever had. When I was an intern down the street I would always come for lunch and I miss it so much. After work I would wait at the bus stop behind the shop and smell the pizza and crave more. I’m across the country now and all I want is another slice of the eggplant pizza.

I’ve been in West Roxbury for nearly 20 years and have tried them all. Christo’s, Deno’s, West Napoli, Stash’s, and the Real Deal. They’re all ‘OK’ (I’m not going to bash them in a positive review). However, A&N is a cut above. Not only are they prompt and they have online ordering, but their pizza dough is amazing (crisp and just the right amount of chewy), toppings are great (very moist chicken) and their appetizers are always crispy. Well, at least the buffalo chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, and jalapeño poppers. My only gripe is that I wish I’d found them sooner, and the parking in can be dicey during busy times. The corner of Weld and Centre will do that though and it’s easy-in/easy-out regardless.

The best pepperoni pizza I have ever had. I must have spent over $1000 in the past few months because I order takeout. Because of Covid, I don't get to hangout or eat at restaurants with my friends anymore. Ever since I started ordering pizza from A&N in West Roxbury, I don't eat anything else. My parents get mad that I don't eat their cooking. I always order Pepperoni pizza or Steak & Cheese pizza. They're heavy and satisfying.
