I hired The Sausage Guy for "late night" food for my wedding. What a HIT! The food was amazing and just what we all wanted. All of our guests are still talking about it! Great sausage to grab after a Sox game for the walk home. The roll was soft and fresh, the peppers and onions were perfectly cooked. The sausage is juicy, and spiced right, cooked perfectly. My fiancé and I stop here after every Sox game and split a sausage loaded with peppers and onions. They take cash and card. The employees are always friendly to us and ask us how we are doing. Great stand!

Bread is super-fresh...that is usually the biggest problem with sausage carts in or outside of Fenway. Person working has always been great.

A bit over seasoned and salty. Great meat quality and right amount of fat. I'm a NYer so I'm thinking this might be how Boston Italians like their sausage. I would have went with 5 stars if the sausage was alittle less salty.
