Buy local!! The food here is delicious, the service is quick and friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming & easy to relax in. Stopped in this morning for the first time - WOW! If this isn't your favorite breakfast on the block, it's only because you haven't been here yet. I didn't even know what a popover was before going inside... my eyes have been opened! I like savory food in the morning... and was not disappointed. My friend is into the sweeter options, and she's already asking to go back to try some of the lunch options. In a city with Dunks or Bucks on every corner, I really hope this place does well - such a great addition to the neighborhood. Kudos to the owner.

What a great place for breakfast. While I don’t eat popovers often, these were exactly what I was looking for. Both the sweet and savory popovers were delicious. It’s also a surprisingly larger place inside than we expected. They have an inviting and relaxing ambiance that lends well to chatting with friends or even studying while having some good coffee.

My family were visiting Boston and I heard about Popover King serving New England dishes! Perfect place to attract family and friends. I was in a mood for some sweets and I ordered “Sir John”. Lovely warm golden crisp Popover with chocolate crème filling with grenache! It’s to die for :) I can’t wait to go back there again with my friends. Lovely decor and a great hangout place.

Because of our love of popovers, my husband and I made a special trip to Boston to try out this new cafe, and it was well worth it! The popovers are the best I ever had!!! And there are many fillings to choose from along with several coffees. The staff is welcoming and sincere about pleasing their customers. Stop by for breakfast or lunch and you'll be glad you did!

I Went here March 15th to the soft opening and I was very Satisfied. I had a lobster popover that was to die for and my friend had the Lox popover which i also had some and it was better than another type of Lox I have had. They have a few coffee selections and actually it was really really good and not super expensive. The staff actually care if you are enjoying the food and want to make sure you enjoy the food and drink. Very cool place cant wait to go back. I will be a regular for sure.
